Todd Walter is currently serving Department of Maryland Veterans of Foreign Wars organization as State Senior Vice Commander, Todd was born and raised in Toledo Ohio were his Military Career started in the Ohio Air National Guard's 180th Fighter Wing. Graduate from Owens Technical College in Electronics engineering technologies with minor in Bio-Medical sciences.

Todd moved to Southern Maryland in 1985 for civilian employment with the Department of Navy and continued his military service with the District of Columbia Air National Guard (DCANG). Multiple deployments with DCANG which he was awarded the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal. Retired from Guard Duty in April 2022 with 21 years of outstanding service.

Todd Walter has devoted his career and family life for supporting the warfighter to include joining the Veterans of Foreign Wars in 2016 to further support of veterans, community, and their families by advocating for their earned benefits.
